Are there any Learning and Development teams in the construction field (or comparable) using Oracle

Summary:

We rolled out LMS in late 2025 and still facing hurdles with its use and adoption. Would like to see how companies in the construction field use the LMS for the different departments - Field, Project Management, Virtual Construction, IT, Estimating, etc.. I need to learn some tips for how we can have more buy-in for our teams who resistant and feel the LMS is just one more thing.
