How to prevent hiring manager from seeing other requisitions a candidate has applied to?

We have had several requests to prevent hiring managers from being able to see what other requisitions a candidate in their requisition has applied to, including the status in those requsitions, when they are not a hiring manager or collaborator on those other requisitions.. The concern is that managers may discriminate against candidates who have been "rejected" in the past.
