Hi,

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance was disabled today after the new A1 Always Free allocation took effect.

The instance is currently configured with 4 OCPUs and 24 GB RAM. I want to resize it immediately to the new Always Free limit of 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM.

However, when I try to edit the shape, OCI returns:

Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.
