Request to temporarily resume suspended Ampere A1 instance to downsize to Always Free shape

Hello,

My Ampere A1 compute instance has been forcibly stopped by Oracle, as I failed to resize it before the deadline for the updated Always Free limits.
Currently, the console does not allow me to modify the instance shape while it remains suspended.

Instance details:

• Region: us-ashburn-1 (IAD)
• Current shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex 4 OCPU / 24 GB memory

My request:
Please temporarily re-enable / lift the restriction on this suspended instance, so I can downsize it to the compliant Always Free configuration: 2 OCPU / 12 GB memory.
I will perform the shape change immediately once access is available to bring it within the free tier quota.
