Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests.contact customer support to reenable it

Hello,

My long-standing Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance was administratively disabled after the updated Ampere A1 Always Free allocation took effect.

Instance details:

• Account type: Always Free / Free Tier
• Region: sa-saopaulo-1 — Brazil East (São Paulo)
• This is my tenancy's home region
• Previous configuration: 4 OCPUs and 24 GB RAM
• Required new configuration: 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM
• Current lifecycle state: Stopped
• Boot volume: 100 GB, still visible and attached
• A manual boot-volume backup is currently being created

The OCI Console displays a notification instructing me to resize or reprovision the instance to remain within the updated Always Free limits.

When I try to edit the instance, select 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM, and click “Save changes,” the following API error is returned:
