which table stores the monthly patch ids

Summary:

for our client we have received the monthly maintenance pack today. Aug 19th. however, i am not able to see much details from About Application section. I appreciate if i get the table names or the query that will help me with the latest maintenance patch id and details of the changes will be of more useful. Please advise. Thank you.
