Hello,

I am unable to open a Service Request (SR) from my console because my Free Tier tenancy is "Not Authorized" for standard support, but the automated assistant instructed me to reach out to a human to have my security-disabled flag reviewed.

My Always Free instance in eu-milan-1 has been administratively Disabled due to a security-related state (IncorrectState 409). I need human intervention to either re-enable the instance or have the boot volume detached on the backend.
