what events and actions populate GL_FRC_REPORTS_B

Summary:

Our auditors flagged an audit due to update of the "critical table" GL_FRC_REPORTS_B. From looking at documentation it says that this is populated with BIP/OTBI reports for use in FRC(Financial Reporting Center). Looking at the content of the table it is populated will all sorted of report catalogue entries including personal folders rather that just the custom shared folders. This also contains a lot of user folders HCM reports etc.

What I am trying to do is confirm with the auditors what the population rules are for this table as I think their audit analysis is overstating the general importance of the table based on its title rather than its content, i.e. it holds any report that could be potentially run via FRC rather than specificially financial statement generator type reports.
