Request to Re-enable Disabled Ampere A1 Instance for Always Free Compliance

Dear Oracle Cloud Support Team,

My Ampere A1 instance was disabled following the reduction of the Always Free compute limit to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of memory.

I would like to request that the instance be temporarily re-enabled so that I can immediately resize it to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of memory and comply with the updated Always Free limit.

When I attempt to perform any action on the instance, I receive the following error:

“Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.”

Could you please re-enable the instance before it is automatically terminated? Once it is re-enabled, I will resize it immediately to ensure that my resource usage is within the current Always Free entitlement.
