REQUEST: Re-enable disabled Always Free A1 instance so I can bring it within new limits

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance was administratively stopped around the August 18, 2026 Always Free compute enforcement.

I have absolutely no prolem with editing the instance so I can comply with the new terms, but when I edit the shape to the new limits and click Save changes, I get the API error: "Instance [OCID below] is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Could you please re-enable the instance so I can resize it to bring it within the new Always Free limits and keep it running?
