How to add HRBP's 1up manager as approver and trigger approval for HRBP's 1up manager

Whenever we wanted to trigger approval for 1up, 2up manager’s usually we use “Management hierarchy” and add the levels of approvers as in below screenshot.

Usually, to trigger approval for HRBP’s we will add it as Representative by adding AOR for them.
