Dates are not greyed out for future terminated employees in Absence page

Hi experts,

We have future terminated employees, (ex. sep 1, 2026) and whenever we try to add absence for Sep 2026, the invalid dates are not greyed out. But it will give an error like, "please select working days".

This is 26C update but I am seeing this in the environment for Add Absence page.
