How to prevent GOP from generating Make recommendations when CTP is disabled for the item?

In Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising (GOP), we have items for which CTP is disabled, but the GOP pegging details are still showing a Make recommendation at the Finished Good level. This is resulting in an unrealistic, promised Schedule Ship Date because GOP is considering the Make sourcing rule available for the item.

We are using a common Assignment Set across the Planning modules. The Assignment Set contains sourcing rules at the Item-Organization level, including Make sourcing rules for all FG Items

For certain Finished Goods, our business requirement is:

• CTP is disabled for these items.
