Configuration of Unit level hierarchy in workforce compensation plan

We would like to understand whether the following manager hierarchy can be configured in the Compensation Plan.

Our organizational structure is:

Department Unit (DU) → Business Unit (BU) → Organization Unit (OU)

 

The corresponding hierarchy levels are:

Department Unit (DU): Delivery Partner (DP)
Business Unit (BU): Delivery Head (DH)
Organization Unit (OU): Group Delivery Head (GDH)

In our organization, a single Delivery Partner can be associated with multiple Delivery Heads. Can the compensation hierarchy be configured to support this structure?
