Client Private Key Not Available in SFTP Transmission Configuration

Issue Description:


The user is trying to create a new outbound SFTP Transmission Configuration in Oracle Fusion Payments. The private key FC_TSGT_priv_modified.ssh is available under fin/payments/import and is currently used in an existing SFTP Retrieval configuration. However, the same key is not appearing in the Client Private Key File LOV when creating a new outbound SFTP configuration, while other private keys are available. We would appreciate your assistance with the following:
Can the same private key be used for both SFTP retrieval and outbound transmission?
Why is the existing key not appearing in the LOV?
