Business Unit LOV Not Filtered by Mapped Associated BU in Redwood "Mass Legal Employer Change" Flow

Summary:

According to Oracle Cloud HCM release documentation, the Business Unit (BU) List of Values (LOV) should be automatically restricted based on the Associated Business Unit configured under the Legal Employer HCM Information.

While this filtration works as expected across single-worker Redwood flows (such as Hire an Employee and Local and Global Transfer), the restriction fails on the Mass Legal Employer Change Redwood transaction page, where the BU LOV displays all active Business Units in the environment.
