Can I create a course with multiple self-paced learning items in Redwood?

Summary:

We have several online courses with multiple (up to 21) language offerings today. When we transition to Redwood we do not want to create these in Learning Paths. Will it be possible to create multiple self-paced learning items within a course? If so, when will this feature be available?
