Hello,

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance has been running for two
years at 4 OCPU / 24 GB, which was the documented Always Free
entitlement when it was provisioned. It was administratively disabled
following the August 18, 2026 enforcement of the updated limits.

Every action on the instance returns:

"Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests.
Please contact customer support to reenable."
