26C Redwood Topic not visible when added to category

Summary:

I have enabled the new Redwood Categories and Topics but I am unable to add any newly created topics to categories, either existing categories or categories I have created while testing the new Redwood functionality.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have enabled the ORA_WLF_CATG_TOP_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option and ensured that the duty roles identified in the release notes have been added to the custom Learn Specialist role. I have created one new category in the Redwood UX and 2 new topics. One of the topics has Learning content assigned to it, the other does not.
