Hi,

my Always Free A1 instance was disabled by the Aug 18 limits enforcement. I'm fine with the new limits (2 OCPU / 12 GB) — I just need a way to get there.

Instance: mineserver, VM.Standard.A1.Flex 4 OCPU / 24 GB, eu-frankfurt-1, running since June 2022.
OCID: ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-frankfurt-1.a[DELETED]

Everything I try is blocked:

  • Start — hangs at 0% forever.
  • Resize down to 2/12 — fails, account is disabled.
  • Upgrade to PAYG — card passes verification, but the order always ends with "We're unable to complete your request… masking one's location or identity… incomplete or inaccurate account details". The card is a normal Visa debit, and the billing address is locked on an Individual account, so there is nothing I can fix.
