Hide Relationship Type values in Case Management

Summary:

Hi All,

We want to hide values in Relationship Type field.


We have checked the task "Manage Relationship" however, we haven't found exact values which are shown in above LOVs.

Can you please assist where we can find these values and hide. We just want to keep one value "Related to" and disable all other values.
