Can Business Drivers and Learning Levels be changed?

Summary:

We would like to modify the Business Drivers and Learning Levels available in Oracle Learning so they align with our organization's standards and terminology.

Are these values configurable, or are we limited to the options that Oracle provides out of the box?

If customization is supported, could someone provide instructions or point me to the appropriate setup task/navigation path? I have searched through the Learning and Setup areas but have been unable to locate where these values are maintained.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
