Notification URL not translated

Summary:

When triggering BIP notification the URL is not translated like it was in RUI. I don't see any token in the translation file, can this be added or is this a bug?

Picture quality is a little poor, but it should be clear the entire notification is in French yet the link just says "Workforce Compensation".

It should say Renumeration du personnel (with some accents).
