Always Free A1 instance disabled after limit change — need re-enable to resize to 2 OCPU/12GB

Hello,

My Always Free Ampere A1 instance (OCID: ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-marseille-1.anwxeljrfgwjzpqcskslnhz2m6rwc4lrdhe3eromzaqfxhlozenqsegznblq) is currently stopped and disabled following the recent Always Free A1 resource limit change (now 2 OCPUs / 12 GB total).

The instance is currently configured with 4 OCPUs / 24 GB and I understand this exceeds the new limit. I would like to resize it down to 2 OCPUs / 12 GB to comply with the new Always Free limits, but the console returns the following error when attempting any action:

"Instance [...] is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Could you please re-enable this instance so I can resize and restart it myself?
