Urgent request to re-enable my Always Free A1 instance or help me upgrade my account

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance was previously configured with 4 OCPUs and 24 GB RAM under the previous Always Free allocation.

I understand that the Always Free limit has been reduced to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM, and my instance was disabled because it exceeded the new limit. However, I was unable to make the required changes before the enforcement date of 18 August 2026.

The instance is now disabled and the console displays:

“Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.”

I would like to immediately resize the instance to comply with the new Always Free limit. However, because the instance is disabled, I cannot perform any actions on it.
