OIC SOAP Connection — OAuth Authentication Fails Intermittently

Hi everyone,
We configured a SOAP connection in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using OAuth authentication. However, when we run our integrations, the SOAP invocation fails intermittently.
- Some integration iterations fail.
- Most iterations succeed.
- Sometimes, all iterations complete successfully without any issues.
- When we change the SOAP connection authentication from OAuth to Basic Authentication, the integration works consistently without any failures.
Error msg:
CASDK-0033: Received a SOAP fault while invoking endpoint target: https://XXXXXXX-test.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSServi…. This indicates a processing exception on the service endpoint side.
