Hello,

Insights are not displayed in the Payables Agent.

On the Overview page, when we click View all next to Top Insights, the Insights page does not open.

We believe this may be due to a setup or configuration issue. Could you please advise what setup is required to enable and use Insights in the Payables Agent?

In parallel, we have also raised an SR (Service Request) regarding this issue, but we have not yet received a response.
