Instructor LOV is not populating any Instructors/Active employees in ILT Offering page

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to create an ILT offering. I have already created a few instructors on the Instructors page; however, none of them are appearing in the Instructor List of Values (LOV) on the ILT Offering page.

I've already run the ESS Ingest process with the parameter fa-hcm-person and I have also assigned custom Learning specialist role to my user account. I also have a person account associated to my user account.

Could you please help me understand why the instructors are not being reflected in the LOV and what needs to be done to make them available?
