Succession Plans based on Position are showing incumbents twice

in Career and Succession

Summary:

We have Succession Plans based on Positions & Positions are single incumbent type. However we are seeing number of plans where View Incumbents option show Incumbent twice. Has anyone faced this before ? Is there diagnostic to correct this incorrect data in the Incumbent Table of Succession plan?
