  1. Is it possible to route Sourcing Award Approval notifications directly to users assigned as Non-Worker (or users without an active Employee record)?
  2. If BPM / Transaction Console restricts approval assignment strictly to active Employees (HCM Persons), what is the recommended best practice or work-around (e.g., Approval Groups, Application Roles, or specific BPM rule configurations) to enable Non-Workers to approve awards?
