Is this requirement technically feasible using standard Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation

Summary:

We have a requirement to retrieve values from a Department-level Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) into the Workforce Compensation Plan Worksheet.

The requirement is as follows:

• We have a DFF configured at the Department level.
• The DFF will be available for all departments across the organization.
• The DFF values will contain business information that may be updated annually, while the DFF structure itself remains consistent.
• The requirement is to retrieve the applicable DFF value based on the employee's department.
• The retrieved value should then be displayed in a User-Defined Column within the Workforce Compensation Plan Worksheet.
• The value should be automatically determined for each employee based on their assigned department.
