Redwood Return Receipts – Submission Error in WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PUB.AUTOCREATE_DELIVERIES

We have enabled the Redwood experience for Return Receipts in Oracle Fusion.
We are encountering an error while submitting a Return Receipt transaction. The user is able to enter all the required return details and save the transaction successfully. However, when attempting to Submit the Return Receipt, the transaction fails with the following error:
“The transaction couldn't be completed. Contact your help desk. The transaction failed in the package routine WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PUB.AUTOCREATE_DELIVERIES.”

The user has the required roles assigned, including:
Warehouse Operator

Warehouse Manager
