Freight is not known when the sales order is entered because the final amount depends on actual shipment details—carrier, weight, dimensions, service level, and destination. The proposed design is to capture the actual freight at Ship Confirm, convert it into a customer charge pn sales order line level, and include it on the invoice before invoicing occurs.
