Summary: Sum of rounded numbers issue

So I edit a report and find that a total column references sum of another hidden row children of X. Now I know better is just to display X - but - the rounding behaviour was odd, the children of X were SUMing on the rounded down values per the display on the cell, so if I too the 1000s display to none on the data row the summed number showed correctly. I know there is a setting for conditional logic to be based on real or rounded numbers, but am I missing another setting which means that formulas will
