Pricing strategy based on customer condition is not working

We are trying to assign a pricing strategy based on a customer-specific condition. However, the transaction fails with the following error:

“The pricing for the transaction couldn’t be determined from customer pricing or from a pricing strategy based on a segment.”

Expected result:
The system should determine the applicable pricing strategy based on the customer condition.

Could someone please advise what configuration needs to be reviewed to resolve this issue?
