Summary:

Adjust Individual Balances > Comments > Why are you adjusting these balances? I cannot find the lookup type for this LOV.

It appears that the seeded “Other” value is fixed and the LOV is not customer-configurable through standard lookup maintenance. Additionally, the free text comment section is limited to 30 characters. I am assumming this is fixed also.

Our requirement is a extensible lookup for "Why are you adjusting these balances?" and more than 30 characters to provide a comment. This requirement is from our internal auditors.

Can someone confirm if:

  1. Redwood/VB extensibility—if Oracle exposes the Comments region and permits overriding the LOV and comment field length, or
