We are looking to implement Oracle Recruiting Digital Assistant so candidates can apply directly through the chatbot.

We have configured the Easy Apply flow, and candidates are currently able to complete the application directly through the chatbot.

I understand that only one of Career Coach (AI) and Oracle Recruiting Digital Assistant can be enabled. Could you please clarify the following?

  • Is Oracle working on a future enhancement that would allow candidates to apply directly through Career Coach?
  • If not, does this mean that we would need to choose between Career Coach and Oracle Recruiting Digital Assistant?
