FDI : action & on click on calculated "Without Check-Ins" always redirects to "With Check-Ins" data

have a bar chart visual with:

X-axis: Business Unit (from "HCM - Workforce Core" subject area)
Y-axis values:
Worker with Check-Ins (from "HCM - Check-Ins" subject area)
Worker without Check-Ins (calculated: Workforce Core "Worker Count" − Check-Ins "Worker with Check-Ins")

I created an Action (Analytics Link) attached to this visual, targeting another sheet in the same workbook. This target sheet is built using fields from both Workforce Core and Check-Ins (for example, Person Number coming from Core). The action is triggered via "On Click" in the visual properties, anchored on Business Unit, with Pass Values set to All.

Issue

• When I click on the "Worker with Check-Ins" bar for a given Business Unit, the action correctly navigates to the target sheet and displays the detailed table filtered on that Business Unit / with check-ins.
