Summary:

Business Requirement / Idea:

Currently, Workforce Compensation allows only one Performance Template to be selected for retrieving performance ratings from performance module.

Our requirement is to support employees who have performance documents created using different templates. Some employees may use Template A, while others use Template B.

Enhancement Request: Allow multiple Performance Templates to be used in a Workforce Compensation Plan and automatically retrieve the applicable performance rating for each employee into the Compensation Module.
