Unable to Cancel Requisition Due to Associated PO Cancellation

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue with canceling a requisition. The associated PO has already been cancelled, and we need to cancel the requisition as well. However, despite trying all available options, we keep encountering an error message that says, "You can't perform this action because the record is canceled or finally closed."

The PO Funds Status is Partially Liquidated and the Status is Cancelled.

The PR Funds Status is Liquidated and the Status is Approved.

We need to release funds in the PR so we can create a new PR with those funds.

Is there a workaround or a specific process we need to follow to successfully cancel the requisition? Please advise.
