Best Practice for Mapping Individual and Group Profiles (Not in Range) Between EDMCS and ARCS

Hello Experts,

We are designing an integration where Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) will act as the system of record for ARCS Profiles and Profile Mappings.

Our planned approach is:

  • EDMCS will be the master data repository for ARCS profiles and profile mappings.
  • Profile creation, updates, deactivation, and mapping maintenance will occur only in EDMCS.
  • ARCS users will not directly maintain profiles or mappings.
  • EDMCS will generate the ARCS profile import file, which will then be loaded into ARCS via EPM Automate.
  • Both Individual Reconciliation Profiles and Group Reconciliation Profiles will be maintained in EDMCS.
