Balance Adjustments HDL for state unemployment insurance not reflecting balances or state.

Summary:

Does anyone have sample HDL for loading state balance adjustments that they have been successful with? we have a successfully loaded HDL and

we CAN see the results of the balance adjustment in Person results, and in the flow (Adjust multiple balance flow) results, but we cannot see the results when looking at Balance By Date

Here is a sample of what I loaded, but do not see the results on the balance by Date, only in person results
