Unable to download SCORM, PDF, and video files from Learning Catalog resources.

Summary:

We are unable to download any learning content from the Learning Catalog Resources page in Oracle Learning. This issue affects all content types, including SCORM packages, PDF documents, and video files. When attempting to download these resources, the download option does not visible, preventing users from accessing the learning materials.

 

This issue is impacting business users who require offline access to learning content. We request Oracle Support to investigate the root cause, verify whether this is a product issue or configuration problem, and provide a resolution at the earliest.
