Hide Household in Case Management

Hi All,

We want to hide the household section in Case management. We tried removing the privileges for households area by referring the document -

How do I enable household creation and manage households for cases?

However, we could see that after removing the privileges, the household section has changed to non-editable. Our requirement is to completely hide the Household section.

We have also checked in VBS however we couldn't find any option to hide below Household section, can you please assist here.
