I am working on an Oracle CX / SCM implementation. I noticed that the Manage Resources screen does not reflect the correct Manager and Department values coming from Manage Users.

  • What is the exact Scheduled Process (ESS job) or mechanism to properly synchronize Users data with Resources?

Alternatively, if I want a custom field in the Opportunity to fetch the Owner's Manager and Department directly, what is the best practice or Groovy script approach without relying on broken resource mappings?
