Clarification on Columns in report from Personalization Tool

Summary:

We have run the Personalization Migration Tool and would like some clarification on the "Not Migrated" and "Can be Manually Migrated" columns in the report.

Is our understanding below, correct?

• If Not Migrated = 00 and Can be Manually Migrated = 01, does this mean the personalization was not automatically migrated and needs to be reviewed and configured manually in Redwood?
• If Not Migrated = 03 and Can be Manually Migrated = 00, does this mean the personalization cannot be migrated and is not supported in Redwood?

Could someone please confirm whether this interpretation is correct? Thank you.
