Fast Formula for Fetching Multiple Citizenship Records Is Failing

in Journeys

Hi All,
We have a requirement to assign a Journey task based on the following activation criteria:


1. The manager selects either “Extend Contract” or “Make Permanent Contract”.

2. The employee's citizenship must not belong to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Iceland, Sweden, or Switzerland.

To meet this requirement, we developed the following Fast Formula. The formula compiles successfully, but it is not producing the expected result.

When we manually assign the Journey to an employee through Person Management, the entire Journey is removed and the message indicates that the activation criteria are not satisfied for a particular task.
