Need GOP to automatically update Schedule Ship Date / How to activate Backlog Management

Hi Community,

We have a business requirement to provide a promise arrival date for internal purchased requisition submitted by our internal customer.

To achieve that request we set the system to ship through OM those Requisitions/Transfer Orders in order to benefit from the GOP/ATP functionality.

At sales order creation, the schedule ship / schedule arrival dates are correctly calculated. But, whenever the collection plan change if supplies is coming earlier or later than at the order creation then the scheduled dates are not updated accordingly unless we manually "unschedule" and "schedule" the order line.

I found that the ability to update the scheduled date can be fulfilled by the Backlog Managemnent but I havn't found the way to make it work.
