26C Buyer Planning for Supply Planning - Prepare Plan for Buyer Planning job stuck in Retrying

Summary:
I'm evaluating Buyer planning for supply planning feature ahead of adoption. I have used Supply plan in it, below are the issues i am facing

  1. 'Prepare Plan for Buyer Planning' stuck in Retrying, Buyer planning shows no data
    - YprBuyersWorkbenchIngestJob passes validation but never completes. It has re-executed six times under the same request ID on an increasing backoff (8, 11, 22, 41, 61 minutes), each time spawning two child processes that both report succeeded 'Collect Price Breaks for Buyer Planning (YprBuyerCollectPriceBreakIn)' & 'Update Supply and Demand Elastic Index for Buyer Planning' (YprBuyerPlanningUpdateInfo)
  2. Buyer Planning work area still shows No data to display
