Error Unable to find a started life event in Beneficiary Enrollment HDL load

Summary:

We are creating new options so we need to migrate the beneficiary data of existing employee. New options created effective from 01-Aug-2026. We are trying the update the data effective from 1st September. Currently Aug period is open for employee whose live event occurred date is 31-Aug-2026.

We are successfully de-enroll and and enroll employee in new options with below HDL.
